As Freshii’s Lead Nutritionist and a fellow meat-free Torontonian, I know the transition takes some getting used to. Nobody becomes a kale god overnight. Let me share a few things you can expect as you go meatless (you can thank me later).
My last piece of advice: know yourself. There’s no-one-size fits-all approach when it comes to a vegetarian diet. Try new things and new flavours. Experiment. Find your (meat-free) love.
